I'm Fengcheng Li. My background combines field-facing technical support, telecommunications, enterprise systems, systems integration, technical documentation, product ownership and project delivery.

My work has included hands-on infrastructure tasks and business-critical digital systems involving ERP, CRM, POS, distribution interfaces, transaction flows and operational back-office processes.
